returns & exchanges
We only offer exchanges if you need a different ring size or to replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.
If you need an exchange, please send us an email at info@ilmioomi.com with the subject line Exchange and #OrderNumber.
Returns must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, accompanied with their original packaging and reach us within 15 days from the delivery date.
Please note for exchanges, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Once you have shipped the item we ask that you email us a copy of the receipt along with the tracing number for the package. We will ship out your replacement free of charge once we have received your returned item.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again. Please then contact your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@ilmioomi.com
Can I cancel my order?
We understand that things may happen. If your order has not been shipped, in which a tracking number has not been assigned to your order we may of course cancel your order. Please email us at info@ilmioomi.com with the subject line: cancel order and #OrderNumber.
If your order had been shipped and you have revived a tracking number then we are unable to cancel your order.
Gift
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
