I received the incorrect order, Help!

We do our best to get your order to you in perfect condition, but we do understand that mistakes do occur. As we value your complete satisfaction, our top priority is your shipping experience with us! We will gladly assist you with any issue with your order. If your item does not match your order, please email us at info@ilmioomi.com with the subject line: Return and #OrderNumber within 7 days of receiving your order. Please attach a photo of the item and the reason for return. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your request.

Can I modify or add to my current order?

Once an order is placed, we cannot modify orders. We may of course cancel your order if it has not been shipped so you may proceed to process a new order with the selected items you wish to receive, simply contact our Customer Care Team to review the status of your order prior to placing a new order.

Can you unsubscribe me from your newsletter?

We hate to see you leave! You can unsubscribe from our emails by scrolling down into a previous email we've sent you and select unsubscribe.
