When will my order ship?

Orders placed during normal business hours of Mon.-Fri. 9AM-5PM may take up to 3-5 business days to process.(this does not include weekend and US federal holidays.)

Orders placed after hours and/or during weekend hours will begin to process next business day, in which the estimated time frame above will take place

I just place an order & place the incorrect address help!

Oh No! If your order has not been shipped and/or a tracking number has not been issued to your order, modification of your shipping address will be available. Please email info@ilmioomi.com subject line: incorrect address and #Order Number. Unfortunately if your order has shipped, il mio omi is not responsible for any incorrect inputted addresses provided at time the order was placed. Once the order has shipped we will need to keep an eye on the final destination of your package for an alternate resolution to be provided.

How long does it take for my Domestic order to Arrive?

Typically for our Domestic customers, it may take up to 3-5  business days for your order to arrive.

When will my international order arrive?

10 to 30 Business Days

Do you ship to my country?

Of course we do! We ship worldwide. 

**Please note the following**

All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your il mio omi order and/or shipping total. Il mio omi is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient. 

il mio omi is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.

My items arrived damaged, what should I do?

We assure that all packages are packed and equipped for rough handling. Damages that may occur during transit are out of our control. We ask that you inspect all of your items upon arrival. In the event you find that your items are damaged upon arrival please email info@ilmioomi.com to report it within 24 hours of package delivery. 

Please include in your email: 

-Clear detailed photos of the damages

-Your order number

-Please give 48 hours for us to file a claim. Once the claim has been processed we contact you to rectify the situation. 

**Note that after 48 hours we reserve the right to refuse any claim.**

My item was stolen. What should I do?

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once orders have left il mio omi’s warehouse: the package is in the care of the postal handler. Customers are required to submit a claim directly with the courier and follow their guidelines. USPS and recommends waiting 14 days before assuming a package is lost. After 14 days, please call the customer service team of the courier.

My package says delivered, but I don't have my order?

At times the carrier does mark packages as Delivered in advance to speed up their routing process. Please allow up to 2 business days from the date your package was marked as delivered for possible arrival. Once this timeframe has surpassed please contact our customer care team to immediately assist you!

In Store Pickup Instruction

-In store pickup orders will be ready for pickup within 2-4 of placing order.

-You will be notified via e-mail once your order is ready for pickup.

-At the time of pickup, you must show your order confirmation email in order to collect your order.
